10th Interfaith Walk on Reconciliation Day


– 10TH ANNIVERSARY: ‘Our Reconciling City’

Wednesday, 16 DEC 9 – 11am

Meet at 8.50am on the Labyrinth at St George’s Cathedral. We will walk thoughtfully together from there, up the Company’s Garden to the Gardens Synagogue, on to the Boorhanol Mosque in Longmarket St and back to the
Dutch Reformed Church, Adderley St, with addresses at each venue by:

Mr Justice Essa Moosa, retired judge
The Ven Terry Lester, rector of Christ Church, Constantia
Ms Sheryl Ozinsky, co-founer Oranjezicht city farm
The Very Revd Michael Weeder, dean of Cape Town

Light refreshments will be served at the close.
DRESS CODE: Modest. Please wear comfortable walking shoes, bring a head covering / sun hat or headscarf and drinking water.
